Account

For example, if a document is set to be retained for 14 days and the frequency is set to 2 days, the system will scan and delete documents that have been stored for more than 14 days every 2 days.

Users can use the "Delete All" function on the phrases and glossary page to delete documents themselves. There is no function to delete documents on the administrator page, so users must delete them themselves.

MTrans's personalized translation is an automatic translation that is personalized for each user based on the results of machine learning using registered phrases.
When you save a translated text, MTrans will use machine learning to automatically edit similar expressions when they appear again.
Machine learning takes into account the context of words and phrases before and after, so it may not work in certain contexts and may not produce the same expression every time.

Glossary and Phrase Collection

Cannot be done.

You can check it on the settings screen at the top.

The numbers are updated daily around 1am at night.

You can delete multiple terms and phrases on the registration screen for glossaries and phrase collections.

Phrase selection for the original text is possible through the category function.

When importing, both the glossary and phrase collection require UTF-8 character encoding.

Only those registered in the "Phrase Collection" will function as personalized translations.

It is possible, but the "Order" button on MTrans is set to not be available.

We believe that MTrans's personalized engine has been utilized and learned for this occasion. As a countermeasure, it is necessary to "overwrite and register clean phrases for phrases that have been saved once and let them learn".

Import is possible even with tab delimiters, but in the sample document, we use the common comma-delimited format.
If [ , ] is included in the original text, the import will not be performed correctly, so it is necessary to use ["] around the text containing [ , ].

Automatic deletion can be set for a certain period. The default setting is to delete all documents older than 30 days.
