Under the request to improve both external and internal documents, we have been working with other departments to improve the quality of our manuals. We believed it was essential to create high-quality manuals ourselves, but we were able to receive a lot of practical and helpful advice for producing high-quality manuals.


I understood that just because someone is familiar with the business or system, it does not mean that their knowledge will be effectively conveyed through their writing. I learned the importance of first clarifying the purpose of the manual and designing it from the perspective of "who" and "for what purpose" the manual is being read.
