Fujitsu develops PCs for general users and businesses.

In particular, for PCs aimed at general users, while there is support available via the internet and phone, providing printed manuals is a unique mission of Fujitsu.

Human Science's strength, unlike staffing companies, is that we can handle not only manuals but also e-learning content and translation services all at once.

At times, we had the support of more than 10 resident staff members.

Since 2003, we have had individuals who are currently active at the center of the manual production team at Fujitsu.

Utilizing my experience as a DTP operator, I am also able to smoothly handle ordering tasks with printing companies.

In addition, you have also contributed to the dissemination of know-how in manual creation as an instructor for the InDesign training sessions in the manual production team.

Now, as a sub-leader, I am also responsible for coordinating the entire manual production team.

It has become an indispensable presence.

It is difficult to outsource the current development situation, so it is helpful to have direct meetings with the development department to reflect this in the manual production process.

Additionally, by engaging in work for many years, a deeper understanding of the products is developed.

Even if there is only one correction in the manual, there may be multiple areas affected by it, and it often impacts other product manuals as well. Being able to make such judgments quickly is very reassuring.

From the development site to the printing process, we direct the entire flow, including not only the Japanese version but also the English version, making it very rewarding.

Through daily interactions with the development team, I have gained knowledge about PCs, participated in photo shoots for creating illustrations for manuals, and learned about the background of development and manual creation, as well as the customer's situation, which has allowed me to feel personal growth.
