1. Analysis and Improvement of English Documents
The client's documents were translated into multiple languages starting from English. When introducing machine translation, there were challenges such as the presence of long sentences and complex structures in the English text, which made it "not suitable for machine translation."Therefore, our company has worked on improving the English text to enhance the quality of machine translation.

② Evaluation of Machine Translation Quality and Effectiveness Verification
In introducing machine translation for web manuals, we submitted a report that objectively evaluates the quality of three engines and estimates the cost reduction effects. We also made suggestions for further improving the quality of machine translation, such as creating a glossary.

③Setting Quality Standards and Creating Post-Editing Checklists
When introducing machine translation for content that requires high quality, such as web manuals, it is common to perform a post-editing process to modify the machine translation results until they meet the target quality standards.
We have assisted in setting quality standards for each language and creating check items for post-editing. Additionally, we have also conducted evaluations of the corrections made to the machine-translated text to ensure that the quality meets the established standards.
