Our in-house developed product, the production management system R-PiCS (R-PiCS), boasts a track record of over 600 installations both domestically and overseas.

Previously, the operation manual for R-PiCS was created exclusively by one in-house development engineer, but reducing the engineer's workload was a challenge.
Therefore, we have decided to outsource at the timing of the new version release.

We conducted a kickoff in July 2016 after budget adjustments, and coordinated schedules and progress.

After receiving feedback on the table of contents and sample, we have finalized our plan and will now move on to mass production.
We completed the manual by writing and capturing while operating the actual system in the demo environment provided on the cloud.

Only in the field of production management systems, which requires specialized knowledge, we had concerns such as "Can people outside the company write it?" and "Is it necessary for them to understand the product through on-site or dispatch work?" However, we were able to understand the specifications from the specification list and actual machine environment, and the remote environment was also handled without any problems. We are satisfied with the quality of the manual.
Thanks to steady progress in production, we were able to confidently leave the "Sales Management Edition" to you, following the "Production Management Edition".
Considering the areas where data input is required, we thought it would be best for JBAT to request screen capture data. However, in the end, we were able to leave it up to them, which reduced the workload for our engineers and was beneficial.
In addition, in the estimate, it was assumed that the work would be handled until the first draft, but they also helped with incorporating feedback for the first draft, which was very helpful.
Prioritizing tasks within the budget was also well done.
