Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance has developed operational manuals for a wide range of insurance products, tailored for customers, agents, and in-house use.
In order to provide our customers with even more satisfying services, we believe it is necessary to further improve the quality of our manuals so that our employees and agents can offer higher quality customer support.
We received an inquiry about holding a practical seminar for practitioners on how to improve manuals to make them easier to understand for readers, using actual manuals that are currently in use as a subject.
