Many creators and programmers involved in game development focus on their respective areas of expertise. From this perspective, we requested proposals from multiple companies on how to achieve the tasks of refining Japanese manuals and creating English manuals before starting the project.

In making our decision, we considered not only the cost but also the speed of pre-meetings and estimates, the accuracy of the estimate details, and the fact that the estimate content was specific and felt sincere. It is reassuring that someone with similar experience in manual creation is handling the project as a director, allowing the creators to focus solely on the content and quality of the manual. Additionally, the senior technical writer who has come on board as a director has thoroughly understood our requests and has been very helpful in proposing improvements and coordinating with related creators, exceeding our initial expectations in terms of support.
We did not expect our burden to be reduced to this extent.
