In December 2013, we received an inquiry about the production of the TabletForm manual through the Human Science website.

Customer's Concern: "I want to improve the quality of the manuals!"

・The manuals included with the software products are created in-house, but the development staff (SE)

　Since it has been created in my own way each time, it is not a user-oriented manual.

・I would like to review the operation manual in conjunction with the release of the new product 'Tablet Form'

- Although it is created in Word, it does not move as expected when trying to create a complex layout.

Proposing Human Science Solutions: "Manual Evaluation, Analysis, and Establishment of Manual Creation Techniques"

Based on the issues discussed with Hammock over the phone at the beginning of 2014, we analyzed and evaluated the actual manual data. We made the following proposals.

　　Make it easier for users to find the information they need and smooth the flow of explanations

　Even after the delivery of the improved manual, Hammock can continue to maintain quality within the company.
