Customer Requests
1. We want to reduce the burden on the person in charge because we lack the know-how for e-learning production.
2. I do not want to spend time investigating and resolving questions that arise during production.
3. We want to prevent confusion among participants caused by producing with variations in specifications.
Fujifilm Service Creative Co., Ltd. supports sales activities from various angles through sales administration and call center operations.
In particular, support operations that serve as points of contact with customers require extensive knowledge of various equipment and accurate responses. Therefore, personnel in each department have been actively engaged in efforts to improve their skills, such as creating e-learning materials themselves.
However, due to being in a state of uncertainty, the burden of production was significant, and issues such as the lack of standardization in specifications between departments began to emerge, prompting the search for solutions.
We received an inquiry about utilizing our in-house e-learning support to promote the learning and standardization of production know-how.
Solutions of Human Science
Create a curriculum that understands the basic theories of e-learning production
2. We will listen to your questions and concerns during the session and reflect them in the curriculum.
3. Conducted feedback on specific improvement points and provided advice for standardization through a total of three reviews.
Since we were able to have the production staff participate directly, we proposed a practical curriculum using the actual manuscripts that were written.
Upon reviewing the manuscript in advance, it was clear what needed to be conveyed, and images and videos were well incorporated. Therefore, we decided to focus not only on general theories but also on points for improvement from the current situation and tips for production.

Customer Feedback
We requested production support from Human Science to acquire the know-how for effective and efficient content creation in order to develop in-house e-learning content suitable for our business operations.
The session provided a very clear understanding of the basic flow from the planning and design stage to the content production work. I was reminded of the importance of firmly grasping the basics, such as the "planning sheet" and "table of contents structure."
Regarding content creation, it was very educational to receive specific feedback on areas for improvement. In particular, the rich content based on extensive e-learning development experience, including concepts of instructional design, effective use of colors and animations, and tips and tricks to maintain participants' focus, has made it meaningful for the participants.
We would like to utilize the advice we have received to enhance our content in the future. Thank you very much for this opportunity.
From Human Science representatives
Not only did you participate in all three sessions, but I believe the workload was significant for your team as you also worked on writing, editing, and content creation simultaneously.
However, everyone was very enthusiastic and positive, with a clear goal of "creating better content." I feel that the instructors of Human Science were also influenced by that enthusiasm, resulting in a passionate session.
Animations and live-action videos were actively utilized according to the learning content. In particular, live-action videos are a very effective tool that conveys the intended message at a glance. Although they are often seen as high-barrier and avoided, I was impressed by the careful consideration given to their optimal use in necessary areas.
To acquire the skills and know-how necessary for e-learning production, it is most effective not only to learn the theory but also to actually write and create. Our instructors are all members who have been involved in production for a long time and have learned their know-how through practical work. We hope that the skills and know-how conveyed through the sessions will contribute to the development of e-learning production at Fujifilm Service Creative Co., Ltd.
