To improve the work efficiency of engineers and reduce their workload, Yahoo! JAPAN has been implementing various initiatives. Recently, although the proportion of manual creation in their operations is small, they reached out to us to improve this process.
Even highly skilled engineers have not had the opportunity to systematically learn the know-how of manual creation, so measures were considered to first raise awareness of its necessity.
As a result, we conducted an evaluation analysis of the manuals we created, and then held a seminar aimed at establishing practical application, making sure to share quality standards through a step-by-step approach.

You have adopted action learning, which we offer as an in-house support service menu, to create a learning environment linked to actual manual creation projects.Additionally, you have worked hard to prepare standard documents that can be used for other products, and we have had discussions on how to optimize them to be particularly user-friendly in size.
At the end of the project, we conducted a review from the KPT perspective and made efforts to prevent the common issue of templates and rules being created but not utilized afterward.
I felt a high level of awareness in the consideration of packaging the project approach and simultaneously exploring a more generic initiative.
