Denso International Asia Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as DIAT) planned to revamp their training with the aim of enhancing compliance awareness across the entire group. Previously, training was mainly conducted through face-to-face sessions and webinars via Microsoft Teams, but they sought a new educational style aiming for "training that better instills awareness."

As a result, the policy was decided to distribute easy-to-understand and friendly 5-minute animation videos every month, and the introduction of "Vyond" as a tool that can easily produce training videos was considered. Vyond is suitable for creating training videos with animated expressions because it can quickly create videos by combining templates, characters, backgrounds, and more. However, there was a need to proceed with video production in parallel with the introduction, and the following challenges were faced.

・There were comments that the training materials were text-heavy and difficult to understand
・To quickly establish a training distribution system, it was necessary to proceed with Vyond introduction and video production simultaneously

・Multilingual deployment, including languages other than Japanese and English, was a mandatory requirement

Reasons for Choosing Human Science

Since it was necessary to proceed with monthly video production in parallel with the introduction of Vyond, and with the scheduled release date approaching, they contacted Human Science due to concerns about how to operate the software and the progress of production.

While searching for a company that could produce corporate training content using Vyond, they evaluated our production track record and support system, and placed an order with us.

Production and Delivery

Within about two months from the initial inquiry, videos in five languages—Japanese, English, Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian—were produced.

The scenario and its translations were created by DIAT, and our company quickly produced the videos based on the completed image.
During the production period, we conducted Vyond operation lectures and transferred know-how to support in-house production.

Customer Feedback from Clients

The videos you created will serve as a reference for producing videos in-house going forward. Especially the use of backgrounds and characters, screen movements, and scene transitions—expressions that are difficult to replicate using only Vyond templates—were greatly helpful in the videos you actually produced.

By reducing the amount of text on the screen, I believe the video became easy to understand regardless of language. This was our first attempt at educational videos using Vyond, but it was well received by the participants, and we were able to confidently start producing the monthly series of videos.

From the Person in Charge

Vyond allows even first-time users to create videos quickly by utilizing templates; however, achieving detailed direction and composition requires a certain level of familiarity.

In this project, considering the situation immediately after implementation, we conducted operation lectures alongside production outsourcing to support a smooth transition to in-house production.

Human Science leverages its extensive experience in training video and e-learning production to provide support not only in "creating" but also in "mastering the use" of these materials. We hope to continue serving as a partner for corporate training by supporting both the production and in-house development of training videos.
