Default Translation Function of Word 2013
When translating documents, all text in the file is sent via the internet and opened in a web browser to display the translation. If you want to save the translation in Word file format, you will need to copy and paste the translated text from the web browser into Word.
In addition, in the latter case, when you select the text you want to translate and click "Translate Selected Text", the translated text will be displayed on the right side of the Word screen. To reflect this translated text in Word, you will need to click the "Insert" button.
In other words, whether translating the entire file or just a portion of the text, multiple clicks are required to perform the translation.
If you use an online automatic translation tool, drag and drop the corresponding Word file. When the translation of the file is complete, click the "Download" button to obtain the translated version of the file.
