Expert Manual Talks! Case Study Seminar on Utilizing AI for Knowledge Sharing and Productivity Improvement
~2nd Edition: Efforts for Knowledge Sharing using AI~

Will be held.

———————————————————————————————————————

2024 is said to be the year where the results of utilizing generated AI will be questioned.

The introduction of AI is expected to maximize productivity by utilizing the knowledge and assets accumulated within the company and creating an environment where people can work more efficiently.

Human Science Co., Ltd., which has been supporting corporate knowledge management, has been considering ways to solve the problem of "not being able to use documented knowledge" that often occurs in knowledge sharing initiatives. We believe that by utilizing generated AI, we can solve this problem even more effectively and efficiently.

However, there are various concerns regarding the use of generated AI in business. For example, "AI outputting false information (hallucination)" and "unclear basis for the output information". These are fatal concerns when incorporating into knowledge management.

Therefore, Human Science Co., Ltd. has focused on a technology called Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). RAG is a mechanism that searches for information from external knowledge bases such as internal regulations and manuals, and generates answers using large-scale language models (see diagram below). It is said to be able to suppress hallucinations by accessing the latest and most reliable external information.

With RAG, you can search for information from internal regulations and manuals through communication tools such as Slack. In other words, you can obtain the information you need from a reliable source through a familiar interface. RAG is the perfect way to effectively and efficiently advance knowledge management.

In this second seminar, we will introduce our efforts in knowledge sharing using this RAG. With the perspective of a professional manual expert who excels in organizing knowledge, we will demonstrate:
・Knowledge management using RAG-powered AI chatbots
・The quality of documents that promote knowledge management
through demonstrations.

If you are considering introducing AI generation within your company or are searching for ways to utilize it, please feel free to join us.

In addition, we will be happy to assist you with any concerns after the seminar.
