Notice of MTrans Terms of Use Change

At Human Science Co., Ltd., we would like to inform you that we will be making some changes to the "MTrans Terms of Use" on December 5, 2023.

＜Main Changes＞
1. Changes to MTrans Team/MTrans for Office account registration
Added a note that group email addresses (including mailing lists) cannot be used as the email address for account registration.
Relevant section of the terms and conditions → Article 4, Section 7

2. Changes to the handling of data after the termination of the MTrans Team usage contract
We have added the deletion of user data and registration information that we store after the termination of paid service usage.
Relevant sections of the terms and conditions → Article 15 to Article 17

In addition, we are making minor revisions to the wording.
