Creating a mechanism for utilizing manuals using the latest tools
~From introduction to operation of manual creation tools~

Will be held.

———————————————————————————————————————

With the increasing need for business efficiency, technical knowledge transfer, and employee education, many companies are now working on manualization of their operations, including the implementation of manual creation tools.
However, it is also a fact that many companies are hearing voices saying "the manuals we have created are not being utilized" due to reasons such as the following.

- Manuals are scattered on the server and it is difficult to find the information you are looking for.
- There are many manuals that are not even known to exist.
- The content of the manuals is outdated (not updated) and is no longer used.
- Although a manual creation tool has been introduced, it is not being utilized.

Not only the practical staff, but also the management will have difficulty in this situation.
If the manual does not become established and oral transmission becomes the norm, it will be difficult for the management to promote systematic business improvement because the actual situation of the business will become unclear.

To maximize the effectiveness of introducing a manual creation tool, preparation before introduction is important. Simply switching an unused Word manual to the tool will still result in it not being utilized.
What problems are there with the current way of writing manuals? Is there a lack of necessary information? Is the design easily accessible for information?

In order to solve the above challenges, this seminar will introduce the know-how from "designing manuals that should be done before introducing manual creation tools" to "effective introduction and operation of manual creation tools" provided by Human Science Co., Ltd., which supports business organization and manual creation, and Konica Minolta Co., Ltd., which provides the manual creation tool COCOMITE with a strong focus on operation.

For those who are committed to standardizing and manualizing business processes, and for those who are facing challenges in utilizing manuals within their own departments, please join us enthusiastically.

In addition, we will be happy to assist you with any concerns after the seminar.
