———————————————————————————————————————

This time, the theme is "how to standardize business and make it stick in the field."

With the establishment of new work styles such as commuting across time zones and teleworking, many people are considering how to work in the future. In addition, in an environment where work styles must be changed without proper preparation, there are often voices saying, "Could this become a risk for the entire company?" or "Some kind of countermeasure is necessary," as the situation of work becoming personalized becomes apparent. Against this background, more and more companies are considering the implementation of SOP/manuals and knowledge sharing tools in order to smoothly share internal know-how.

On the other hand, we often hear the following voices from companies that have already started their initiatives.

- Business processes are highly personalized, and standardization (manualization) of processes is not progressing easily.

・Even though we went through the trouble of creating a manual, it is not being utilized at all in the field.

・Once created a manual, but it has not been updated since then

- Despite creating a manual, it has not been established and the quality of work cannot be maintained consistently.

・The knowledge sharing tool was introduced, but it has been left unused in the field.

In this seminar, we will introduce specific know-how for achieving the above results and successfully implementing and operating manuals.

This content is based on practical participation workshops for manual analysis and examples and demos of knowledge sharing tools.

Managers who feel that the personalization of business is a risk, as well as business improvement personnel who have a mission to promote the maintenance and sharing of internal knowledge and manuals, please join us enthusiastically.

In addition, we will be happy to assist you with any concerns after the seminar.
