[Web Seminar] Achieve with the Latest Tools! Creating a System for Manual Operation towards Organizational Improvement

Web Seminar on February 28, 2023 (Tuesday)

Achieve with the latest tools! Creating a system for manual operation towards organizational improvement.

Will be held.

———————————————————————————————————————

In recent years, there has been an increase in companies working on manualization of their operations for the purpose of improving business efficiency, transferring technical knowledge, and educating employees.
In your company as well, you may have asked the most knowledgeable person in a particular task to create a manual, or instructed new employees to create a manual as part of their training.

However, on the other hand, it is also a fact that there are many voices saying "the manual that was carefully created is not being utilized" for the following reasons.

- Manuals are scattered on the server and it is difficult to find the information you are looking for.

・Many manuals are sleeping without even being known

- No longer in use due to outdated information not being updated

Not only the practical staff, but also the management will be troubled by falling into this state.
When oral tradition becomes the norm, it becomes difficult for the management to promote systematic business improvement because the actual situation of the business becomes unclear.

To maintain the state of utilizing manuals and continue with sustainable business improvement, it is important to keep in mind the following two points.

- Create a common understanding that "there is a manual here" by looking here

- Creating a mechanism to maintain reliability for the content of the manual

In this seminar, we will share effective approaches for the two points mentioned above based on the experience of Human Science, which has been involved in improving manuals for numerous companies.

In addition, we would like to introduce Konica Minolta's COCOMITE as a tool to achieve these points.
Not only does it have manual creation capabilities, but it is also a strong tool for operations, as it allows for systematic implementation and maintenance of mechanisms for utilizing manuals through the setting of folder hierarchy, access rights, and approval flows. We will also share examples of how to use manuals beyond just creating them.

For those who are committed to standardizing and manualizing business processes, and for those who are facing challenges in utilizing manuals within their own departments, please join us enthusiastically.

In addition, we will be happy to assist you with any concerns after the seminar.
