Why doesn't knowledge management work well?
~Two steps to connect from sharing to utilization~

Will be held.

———————————————————————————————————————

The theme of this time is "How to achieve effective knowledge management."

"Knowledge management" has become a common term these days. When we re-examine its definition, knowledge management refers to "a management method in which individuals share and utilize their own experiences and knowledge within the entire organization to create new knowledge."

Promoting knowledge management and strengthening organizational capabilities and streamlining personnel development are essential initiatives for efficient corporate management.

Are you spending a lot of time searching for reference information from past materials when creating proposals and specifications for new products?

Also, do you ever think, "I wish my subordinates had referred to the documents from that past project" when looking at materials they have created?

If you can quickly find past assets, you can spend time creating the main body. This is exactly the effect of knowledge management.

However, it seems that there are many cases where the mechanism for sharing knowledge has been built, but it cannot be utilized effectively.

Please see the graph below.

Although knowledge sharing is possible through manualization and database creation, it seems that it is not being utilized.

"If it's made searchable, why isn't it being utilized?" If you're thinking this, it's likely that this is the situation on the ground.

- Because I do not know that the desired information exists as knowledge, I do not even search for it in the first place.

- Too much knowledge, can't find the necessary information even when searching

- Even if you find knowledge, it's difficult to understand and can't be used.

To overcome these situations, it is necessary to create an environment where knowledge can be easily found and improve the clarity of the knowledge itself.

Therefore, in this seminar, we will introduce a knowledge management approach that combines the "Knowledge Explorer" solution developed by Human Science Co., Ltd., which enables easy access to knowledge, and the methods of Human Science Co., Ltd., which specializes in improving and promoting the use of internal knowledge, such as manuals.

Introducing the distinctive features of "Knowledge Explorer" that enables effective utilization of knowledge, this practical content includes workshops to cultivate the ability to visualize the complexity of knowledge.
For those who are committed to promoting knowledge management and those who feel challenges in utilizing knowledge within their own department, we encourage you to participate.

In addition, after the seminar, we will also be accepting consultations for any concerns you may have.
If you wish to participate, please select "Yes" for "Individual Consultation" on the application form.
