This time, the theme is "How to establish business manuals in the field."


With the establishment of new work styles such as commuting across time zones and teleworking, many people may be considering how to work in the future. Against this background, more and more companies are considering the implementation of SOP/manual maintenance and knowledge sharing tools to facilitate the smooth sharing of internal know-how.


On the other hand, we often hear the following voices from companies that have already started their initiatives.


・Even though we went through the trouble of creating a manual, it is not being utilized at all in the field.

・Once created a manual, but it has not been updated since then

・The knowledge sharing tool was introduced, but it has been left unused in the field.


In this seminar, we will introduce specific know-how for achieving the above results and successfully implementing and operating manuals.


This content is based on practical participation workshops for manual analysis and examples and demos of knowledge sharing tools.
