———————————————————————————————————————

This time, the theme is "How to use manuals for new employee training."

During this time, many people are preparing for the acceptance and education of new employees, mid-career employees, and internal transfers for the upcoming spring. Recently, with the establishment of new work styles such as telework, and limited face-to-face communication, there has been an increase in companies considering the implementation of education manuals and knowledge sharing tools.

In this background, we often hear the following voices.

- It takes time to become self-sufficient and independent due to the lack of a manual.

- Limited number of people who can be taught at once due to lack of manual

・Created a manual, but it is not being utilized at all

- The manual has been created, but it is not being updated.

・The knowledge sharing tool was introduced, but it has been left unused in the field.

In this seminar, we will introduce specific know-how for successfully utilizing and establishing manuals, as well as the factors that lead to the above results.

This content is based on practical participation workshops for manual analysis and examples and demos of knowledge sharing tools.

For those in charge who have a mission of human resource development and new employee education within their own department, please participate enthusiastically.

In addition, we will be happy to assist you with any concerns after the seminar.

If you wish, please select "Desired" in the "Individual Consultation" section of the application form and fill in the details of your consultation in the "Individual Consultation Content" section.
