The theme of this time is "How to promote the sharing of knowledge and know-how and improve on-site capabilities."


In the manufacturing industry, we face daily challenges and strive to solve them through trial and error.

The success and failure cases that arise from this process are all valuable knowledge.

Is that knowledge being shared in an appropriate manner?


As you know, sharing knowledge and know-how leads directly to improving the "on-site power" that serves as the foundation for the growth of companies and departments.

Therefore, many companies are implementing systems and tools, and attempting to digitize and share knowledge and know-how.


However, we often hear from employees and on-site staff who actually use the system or tools that they "don't understand even if they read it" or "can't find the information they need".


To effectively share knowledge, it is important to approach it from two aspects:

① Maintenance of Know-how itself

Improved Ease of Finding Know-How


Therefore, in this seminar, we will introduce the following two methods:

①Method for ensuring that everyone can have the same understanding (systematization of know-how and writing methods based on technical communication methods)

②Method for accessing desired information in the shortest possible time (utilizing FAQ conversion and AI search engine)
