Many companies have been forced to transition to a different way of working, such as telecommuting and staggered commuting, in response to the new coronavirus.

Regardless of the size of the company, it has become essential for businesses to establish a work environment that can adapt to the current society.

As the main reason,

  • - One of the characteristics of Japanese corporate culture is "lack of organization and clear division of tasks" (challenges in organizing tasks)
  • ・It seems that there are many cases where there is no platform to share and establish business improvement within the company (IT utilization issues).

Specifically...

  • - Up until now, I have judged the workload based on the visible members and allocated tasks based on my own sense of balance. However, when they are no longer visible, I am unsure of how to allocate tasks.
  • - It seems difficult to help each other or distribute the workload remotely because it is a black box as to who is doing what.
  • - Even if new and mid-career employees join, the overall picture of the work and information on the work content is not organized and scattered, so work cannot progress without giving detailed instructions in person.
  • - There is a bottom-up movement to create a procedure manual and organize tasks, but since it is not decided where and how to organize them, the information is not being utilized.

To solve such challenges, it is important for our company to ① organize our tasks and ② gather them in one place to quickly share the information.

In this seminar, we will introduce tips for business organization from Human Science, as well as methods for management and sharing using the manual creation management tool "COCOMITE" from Konica Minolta.

You can learn a series of know-how from business organization, business manualization, to sharing and operation of manuals.

In addition, for those who participate in the seminar, we will also introduce the exclusive "COCOMITE 60-day free trial" benefit from Human Science. For those who want to try it out first with a small start, as large system introductions take time to consider, we recommend it.

Through our Business Organization Workshop, you can also learn practically, so for those who are going to work on improving and organizing their internal business manuals, or for those who want to organize their own work, this is definitely something you should refer to.
