In response to the new coronavirus, many companies have been forced to transition to non-face-to-face work styles, such as telecommuting and staggered commuting, which are different from the past.
Regardless of the size of the company, creating a work environment that can adapt to today's society has become an essential challenge for businesses.
The main reason for this is,
- ・One of the characteristics of Japanese corporate culture is the lack of clarity in task organization and division (Challenges of Task Organization)
- Many cases seem to exist where there is no platform to share and establish improvements within the company, which is a challenge in utilizing IT.(Challenges in IT utilization)
Specifically...
- ・Until now, I have judged the workload situation based on the visible members' conditions and allocated tasks according to my sense of balance, so I don't know how to allocate tasks when they become invisible.
- Since it is a black box who is doing what, it seems difficult to help each other or distribute the workload when working remotely.
- When new employees or mid-career hires come in, the overall picture of the business and information about the work are not organized and are scattered, so work cannot progress without detailed face-to-face instructions.
- There is a bottom-up movement to create procedure manuals and consolidate operations, but information is not being utilized because it has not been decided where and how to consolidate it.
To solve such challenges, ① it is important to organize business operations, and ② to gather that information in one place and create a space for quick sharing, according to our company.
In this seminar, we will introduce tips for organizing business operations from human science, as well as methods for management and sharing using the manual creation management tool "COCOMITE" from Konica Minolta.
You can learn a series of know-how from business organization, manual creation, to sharing and operation of manuals.
Additionally, we will introduce the exclusive "COCOMITE 60-Day Free Trial" benefit for those who participated in the seminar. Since implementing a large-scale system can take time to consider, we recommend it for those who want to start small and try it out first.
Through the business organization workshop, you can learn practically, so this is definitely content that those who are about to work on organizing and improving internal business manuals, as well as those who want to organize their own work, should refer to.
