[Seminar] Don't write suddenly! Manual creation starting from visualizing business (9/26)

Manual Creation Seminar in Tokyo, Shinjuku on September 26th, 2019 (Thursday)

Don't write suddenly! Start creating manuals from visualizing business.

Will be held.

———————————————————————————————————————

In recent years, with the retirement of the baby boomer generation and the fluidity of human resources, "how to smoothly develop human resources" has become a major issue more than ever before due to labor shortages.

With this background, more and more companies are working on maintaining business manuals as a means of efficiently passing on the skills and knowledge of experienced employees who had been personalized.

To create a business manual, first take an inventory of the personalized tasks and then start organizing the necessary information for the reader.

However, many people in charge seem to have trouble taking the first step because they don't know the specific method. We also often hear stories of people starting to write manuals without taking stock of their work first.

The following are some of the concerns and voices we have received from our customers.

  • ・It is difficult to decide whose method to use for manualization because each person has a different way of doing their work.
  • ・I don't know how to write the manual for what content.
  • ・I made it for now, but the information is not comprehensive.
  • - Original duties are busy and there is not enough time to do as I wish.
  • - The internal members do not understand the importance of creating manuals. No one is willing to help.

At our company, we provide support to customers facing these challenges, from business organization to manual creation, in each step.

In this seminar, we will introduce tips for organizing tasks, which is an important step in creating operation manuals, as well as examples of other companies (major electronics manufacturers, major telecommunications companies, etc.) that are working on improving their operation manuals.

Through our Business Organization Workshop, you can learn practical skills that will help you improve and maintain your company's internal operations. This is a valuable resource for those who are looking to develop and improve their internal manuals, as well as those who want to organize their own work.
