~Improving Business Processes for Creating Foolproof Manuals~

Will be held.

If any of the following items apply to you, please join us!

  • ・Before outsourcing, I want to know what to do first and what to consider.

  • ・I want to know cases where in-house is better and cases where outsourcing is better.

  • ・I want to convey the necessity of BPO within the company.

  • ・I want to know about other companies' success and failure examples.

Overview

Many companies that create product manuals and business manuals internally are faced with the challenge of how to efficiently create useful manuals while also performing their regular tasks.

  • - Creating operation manuals for streamlining operations and passing on skills, but there is not enough time.

  • - No knowledge of manual creation

  • - My subordinates do not understand the importance of creating manuals. No one helps me.

In such situations, business personnel often feel limited by internal efforts and consider seeking external support to make improvements. However, when they actually start considering it, they face various challenges...

  • ・Should we improve internally or do we need external support?
We can't even make that judgement.

  • - Can we outsource to someone who doesn't have knowledge about our products?

  • ・What should I prepare and how before outsourcing?

  • ・I want to consider BPO, but I don't know how to get internal consensus.

  • ・Already outsourcing, but not sure if it's effective.

Human Science Co., Ltd. has been providing consulting services for effective BPO implementation, based on our track record of more than 1,947 manual creations. We also support in-house manual creation and work on business improvement.

Introducing the points to determine the manual creation method (in-house or BPO) that is suitable for our company.

Content that can be immediately applied to actual work!

After the seminar, we will be happy to provide individual consultations as needed.

Please check the "Individual Consultation Request" box on the application form.
