In-house? Or BPO? What is the manual creation method that suits your company?

~Business Improvement for Creating Manuals Without Fail~

will be held.

If any of the following items apply to you, please join us!

  • Before outsourcing, I want to know what to do and what to consider.

  • I want to know the cases where in-house production is better and the cases where outsourcing is better.

  • ・I want to convey the necessity of BPO within the company.

  • ・I want to know about other companies' success and failure examples.

Overview

Many companies that create product manuals and operational manuals in-house face the challenge of how to efficiently produce useful manuals while managing their core business activities.

  • - Creating operational manuals for efficiency and skill transfer, but there is not enough time

  • ・No know-how in manual creation

  • ・My subordinates do not understand the importance of manual creation. No one is willing to help.

In such situations, business personnel often feel limited by internal efforts and consider seeking external support to implement some improvements. However, when they actually begin to explore this option, various challenges arise...

  • ・Should improvements be made internally only, or is external support necessary?
I cannot even make that judgment.

  • ・Is it possible to outsource to external parties who have no product knowledge?

  • - What should be prepared and how before outsourcing.

  • ・I want to consider BPO, but I don't know how to gain internal agreement.

  • ・We are already outsourcing, but we are not sure if we are achieving results.

Human Science provides consulting for effective BPO implementation, focusing on in-house manual support and business improvement based on our track record of over 1,947 manual creation projects.

We will introduce points to consider when determining the manual creation method that suits your company (in-house or BPO).

This content can be immediately applied to practical work!

After the seminar, we will provide individual consultations as needed.

Please check the "Request for Individual Consultation" box on the application form.
