How to Write a Standard Operating Procedure and Utilize Neural Machine Translation Seminar
~Learn from real examples!
How to create technical documents that prevent human error and improve productivity~
Will be held.
Overview
In order for a company to continue growing, various improvements and changes such as skill transfer, productivity improvement, and overseas expansion are required. In this context, work standards require a consistent writing style that will result in the same outcome regardless of who is performing the task.
However,
"Although there is a work standard document, there are many human errors, and the quality and standard time (ST) of the work are not stable."
We hear voices of concerns saying, "I have a problem."
In the background, there seems to be a situation where the improvement of work standard documents has become obsolete without any measures being taken, and in many cases, the production line is relying on the expertise of veteran workers.
- ・Work standard book was pointed out to be difficult to understand during factory inspection
- ・All necessary information was written in response to the Quality Management Department's request, but the reputation on site is not good.
- - Due to the perspective of the production technology department, the workers are unable to understand the text.
From the manufacturing industry with factories and branch offices overseas, simultaneously,
- - I am considering expanding overseas, but the documents are difficult to understand and the translation is not going well.
- ・Considering automatic translation (machine translation), but concerned about quality and security
Inquiries like this have also increased.
In this seminar, based on our experience as a translation company, we will cover manual creation and consulting services.
1. How to write work standards and manuals to prevent human error
It has gained a lot of attention for its significant improvement in translation accuracy in both English to Japanese and Japanese to English, compared to traditional machine translation.
2. Points for Utilizing Neural Machine Translation *
We will explain in two parts.
After the seminar, we will be happy to take individual consultations.
Feel free to join us!
*What is Neural Machine Translation?
In 2016, machine translation engines equipped with neural networks were announced by Google, Microsoft, Systran, and NICT. Neural machine translation has received a lot of attention due to its significant improvement in translation accuracy in both English to Japanese and Japanese to English compared to traditional machine translation, leading to an increase in adoption by manufacturing companies.
Benefits (Free) *Limited to individual consultation applicants
This is a free benefit for those who wish to receive it.
①Document Analysis
We will take your work standard book and perform a free simple analysis. We will advise specifically on "what is wrong" and "what should be improved".
Please bring your documents or send them in advance or after the seminar.
(We also accept delivery at a later date or in advance)
② Neural Machine Translation Sample Translation
We will apply neural machine translation and send the results via email at a later date.
Please bring the translation target file with you on a USB or send it by email in advance.
You can safely apply machine translation without providing data to Google, as it will be used via API.
If it is confidential information, we will keep the data and documents after signing an NDA.
Individual consultations can be for just one of the following: "I only want to consult about how to write manuals and work standards" or "I only want to consult about machine translation".
This seminar has ended the application acceptance.
- If you would like to attend a seminar or have a personal consultation, please apply here.
We will contact you at a later date.
※If there are many applications for individual consultations, a lottery will be held.
