How to Write Work Standards and Utilize Neural Machine Translation Seminar
Learn through real examples!
How to create technical documents that prevent human errors and improve productivity ~
will be held.
Overview
In order to continue growing as a company amidst various improvements and changes required, such as skill transfer, productivity enhancement, and overseas expansion, work standard documents must be written in a way that ensures the same results regardless of who performs the task.
However,
"There is a work standard document, but there are many human errors, and the quality of work and standard time (ST) are not stable."
We hear voices expressing such concerns.
It seems that there are many situations where, due to a lack of measures to improve work standard documents, they have become mere formalities, and the operations are relying on the know-how of veteran workers to keep the line running.
- ・It was pointed out that the work standard document is difficult to understand in the factory audit
- Despite writing all the necessary information as required by the quality control department, the reputation on site is not good.
- ・Due to the perspective of the production technology department, the text is not understood by the workers.
Among manufacturing companies with factories and branches overseas, concurrently,
- ・Considering overseas expansion, but the documents are unclear and the translation is not going well.
- ・Considering machine translation, but concerned about quality and security
We have also seen an increase in inquiries like these.
In this seminar, based on our achievements in manual creation and consulting as a translation company,
1. How to Write Work Standards and Manuals to Prevent Human Errors
It has gained significant attention due to the dramatic improvement in translation accuracy in both directions, from English to Japanese and from Japanese to English, compared to conventional machine translation.
2. Key Points for Utilizing Neural Machine Translation *
We will convey this in two parts.
After the seminar, we will accept individual consultations.
Feel free to join us!
*What is Neural Machine Translation
In 2016, neural network-based machine translation engines were announced by Google, Microsoft, Systran, and NICT. Neural machine translation has gained significant attention due to its dramatic improvement in translation accuracy in both directions, from English to Japanese and from Japanese to English, compared to traditional machine translation, leading to an increase in adoption among manufacturing companies.
Benefits (Free) *Limited to those who apply for individual consultations
This is a free benefit for those who wish to receive it.
1. Document Analysis
We will take your work standard documents and conduct a free simple analysis. We will provide advice on specifically "what is wrong" and "what should be improved."
Please bring the documents or send them in advance or after the seminar.
(We also accept submissions sent in advance or at a later date.)
② Neural Machine Translation Sample Translation
We will apply neural machine translation and send the results to you via email at a later date.
Please bring the files to be translated on a USB or send them via email in advance.
Since it is used via API, machine translation can be performed safely without providing data to Google.
In the case of confidential information, we will hold data and documents after signing an NDA.
Individual consultations are fine with just one of the following: "I only want to consult about how to write manuals and work standards" or "I only want to consult about machine translation".
