Manual In-house Seminar on December 8, 2017 (Friday)

How to Write Work Standards to Prevent Human Error

Will be held.

Overview

Standard operating procedures for consistently producing the same quality work regardless of who is performing the task.

It is an essential document in the manufacturing industry, but from the document administrator of the production technology department,

"Although there is a work standard document, there are many human errors, and the quality and standard time (ST) of the work are not stable."

We hear voices of concerns saying, "I have a problem."

Many of these concerns stem from the fact that there are no measures in place to improve the work standards, resulting in a situation where the production line is often relying on the expertise of veteran workers without any concrete plans for improvement.

    • ・Although the difficulty of understanding the work standards was pointed out during the factory audit,
    • I don't know how to improve.

    • ・Despite writing all the necessary information as requested by the Quality Management Department, the reputation on site is not good.

    • - When writing from the perspective of the production technology department, the text may not be understood by the workers.

  • - I am considering expanding overseas, but the documents are difficult to understand and the translation is not going well.

In order for a company to continue growing, various improvements and changes such as skill transfer, productivity improvement, and overseas expansion are required. In this context, work standards require a consistent writing style that will result in the same outcome regardless of who is performing the task.

In this seminar, we will explain the know-how and tips for "writing in a way that produces the same results no matter who does the work" based on our consulting experience as a manual creation company.

Human error can occur in any workplace, regardless of industry or business type.

For those who are struggling with human error regardless of the manufacturing industry, for those who want to improve their business by upgrading their documents, and for those who want to participate for information gathering, please join us.

After the seminar, we will be happy to provide individual consultations as needed. Please check the "Individual Consultation Request" box on the application form.

Feel free to join us!
