How to Create and Review Basic Work Manuals in Manufacturing Sites

Will be held.

Recently, there has been an increasing demand for highly skilled personnel in the manufacturing field, and "how to efficiently develop personnel" has become a major issue. These personnel are not only new graduates, but also a wide range of people including seniors and foreigners are now being sought after.

Against this background, the theme of "what is a basic manual that everyone can understand" is being reexamined in the manufacturing field. In fact, many companies are working on the theme of "skill transfer, work efficiency, safety assurance, and cost reduction" through work manuals in the manufacturing field.

On the other hand, in the field where work manuals are being created in-house while performing their original duties, there are challenges unique to in-house creation such as "not being able to take enough time as desired" and "not knowing where to start". In each company, there seems to be a lot of anxiety about whether this approach is really good, as there is a lack of reference information and success stories from other companies to solve these challenges.

What is an effective approach? In this course, based on our 30 years of experience as a manual production company, we will propose various approaches to address the various concerns of the manufacturing site.
