Overview

This time, we will talk about "Effective methods for visualizing quality indicators and their practical applications" as our theme. The content is easy to understand even for those who have not attended our past seminars. Please feel free to join us.

As we approach a period of mass retirement for skilled technicians and developers,

  • "How can we smoothly develop the next generation of talent?"
  • "Can we smoothly proceed with the transfer of skills?"

The challenge continues to be a theme for the company.

In addition, many companies are actively working on creating systems to share technical documents on servers and make them accessible through portal sites as part of their knowledge management efforts.

One of the challenges in advancing these efforts is determining "what to use as indicators to visualize quality."

In general, the quality of technical documentation in a company is often attributed to individual preferences, and we often hear that efforts are reset every time someone changes.

Is it really possible to create something like a scorecard to share with stakeholders and communicate our target quality?

Due to a lack of reference information such as manual improvement know-how and successful case studies at other companies, manual managers at each company,

  • "Is this really a good way to proceed?"
  • "How far should we pursue perfection?"
  • "What are the tips for creating easy-to-use manuals?"

It seems that there are many things that are being worked on while worrying.

In this seminar, we will explain our unique method for visualizing quality based on our 30 years of experience as a manual production company, using TC (Technical Communication) as a base. This is a must-see content for considering approaches tailored to each company's needs.

If you are interested in finding solutions to the challenges of overseas manuals for your own company manuals, please join us. After the seminar, we will also be available for individual consultations as needed. Please check the "Individual Consultation Request" box on the application form.

Feel free to join us!
