Do you use crowdsourcing to hire data annotators? +

Human Science does not use crowdsourcing.
Tasks are handled by contracted annotators who have passed the trial. We continuously provide security education, personnel evaluation, and training to workers to ensure improved and stable security and quality.

I am worried about the work quality of offshore projects. +

At Human Science, even for offshore projects, domestic project managers oversee the management, and quality control is conducted domestically.
Therefore, we can provide high-quality training data that is comparable to domestic work.

Due to the difficulty of the task, not only the staff assigned to the work but also the project manager need to undergo training before starting. Is this feasible?+

Our project manager will undergo training before starting the work. We will respond according to the project using various methods such as remote training, training at the customer's site, or using our security room.
