Notice of Changes to MTrans Terms of Use

Human Science Co., Ltd. would like to inform you that we will be making some changes to the "MTrans Terms of Use" as of December 5, 2023.

Main Changes
1. Changes regarding account registration for MTrans Team/MTrans for Office
We have added that group email addresses (including mailing lists) cannot be used for the email address, which is one of the account registration items.
Relevant section of the terms and conditions → Article 4, Section 7

2. Handling of Data After Termination of MTrans Team Usage Agreement
We have added a provision regarding the deletion of user data and registration information stored by our company after the termination of service usage under a paid option.
Relevant sections of the terms and conditions → Articles 15 to 17

In addition to the above, we are making minor wording corrections.
