[Skill Transfer in Manufacturing] Sharing knowledge and know-how is the first step to improving on-site capabilities!
Solving the "difficulty in finding" and "difficulty in understanding" documents with "AI search engine" × "TC method"

will be held.

This time, the theme is "Methods to Promote the Sharing of Knowledge and Know-How, and Improve On-Site Capabilities."

In the manufacturing industry, we face daily challenges and repeatedly strive to find solutions through trial and error.

The success and failure examples that arise from that process are all valuable know-how.

Are you able to share that know-how in an appropriate manner?

As you know, sharing knowledge and know-how directly contributes to the improvement of the "on-site capabilities" that serve as the foundation for passing on individual skills and for the growth of companies and departments.

As a result, many companies are implementing systems and tools to digitize and share knowledge and know-how.

However, we often hear from employees and field personnel who actually use the systems and tools that they find it hard to understand even after reading, and that they cannot find the information they need.

It is important to approach the sharing of know-how in the appropriate form from the following two aspects.

1. Organization of Know-How Itself

②Improving the Ease of Finding Know-How

In this seminar, we will introduce the following two methods.

①A method to ensure that everyone has the same understanding (Systematization of know-how based on technical communication methods and documentation methods)

②Methods for accessing desired information in the shortest time (FAQ format for know-how and utilization of AI search engines)

Furthermore, to help you visualize these concepts more concretely, we will present a demonstration of our FAQ system equipped with an AI search engine.

Let's promote the sharing of in-house know-how and take the first step towards improving on-site capabilities!

Additionally, we will be available for consultations regarding any issues after the seminar.

If you wish, please select "Desired" in the "Individual Consultation" section of the application form.
