Learn from Case Study #3! Know-how for improving the quality of in-house manuals

~Improving the Quality of Overseas Manuals Starting from Japanese Manual Standardization~

Will be held.

This seminar was held in July and October.

Learn from Case Study #1! Know-how for improving internal manual quality ~Forming a common understanding with stakeholders~

Learn from Case Study #2! Know-how for improving internal manual quality ~ What to decide before standardizing manuals, and how to proceed ~ This is the third installment following the previous two.

This time, the theme is the relationship between "Standardization of Japanese Manuals" and "Quality of Manuals for Overseas".

I will speak.

This content is understandable even for those who have not participated in past seminars. Please feel free to join us.

With the globalization of the market, the demand for overseas manuals from domestic companies is increasing.

However, we often hear from many companies that they are having trouble creating manuals for overseas markets.

  • "There are constant complaints from overseas about the difficulty of understanding our manuals."
  • "There are no rules for translation, so the way it is translated varies depending on the translator."
  • "There are many incorrect or unnatural translations, which require a lot of time and effort for checking and correcting."
  • "Quality management of increasing documents is not possible."

These challenges may also be caused by the translation workflow.

There are often cases where the quality of the original Japanese manual itself becomes a bottleneck.

In this seminar, we will discuss how the current issues with our manuals for overseas audiences are caused by Japanese text.

We will introduce some examples.

"Why should we review the quality of Japanese manuals?"

"How can we improve our Japanese manuals?"

"Where should we start when it comes to quality improvement?"

In this seminar, we will explain the know-how of improving the quality of overseas manuals based on the standardization of Japanese documents, using examples handled by our company.

If you are looking for a way to solve the challenges of your company's overseas manuals, please join us.

After the seminar, we will be happy to provide individual consultations as needed. Please check the "Individual Consultation Request" box on the application form.

Feel free to join us!
