The recording will be streamed on November 7, 2024 (Thursday) from 12:00 to 13:00.

As we move past the period referred to as post-COVID, corporate activities are also advancing to the next step. In this context, many companies are struggling with labor shortages and the training of personnel to compensate for this. Manuals are very effective in resolving these issues and enhancing the performance of each employee, but organizing and establishing them can be quite challenging. For example, many may have experienced situations like the following.
・In the first place, there is not enough time, and the creation and updating of manuals are not progressing.
Although a manual was created, the content is difficult to understand and is not read.
・It takes time to find where the manuals are, and they have become obsolete.
- Tools have been introduced, but they are left unattended without being established on-site.
To avoid such situations, it is effective to improve the clarity of the manual itself and to utilize tools that allow for smooth creation, updating, and searching of manuals.
In this seminar, we will introduce key points for creating manuals that are actually used, as well as successful case studies where manuals have been successfully established in the field through these efforts.
Managers who want to improve labor shortages through manual maintenance and tool implementation, as well as business improvement personnel whose mission is to promote the organization and sharing of knowledge and manuals, are encouraged to participate.
