Expert Manual Talks! Case Seminar on Utilizing AI for Knowledge Sharing and Productivity Improvement
~1st Session: Efforts towards Standardizing Text Creation using AI~

Will be held.

———————————————————————————————————————

2024 is said to be the year where the results of utilizing generated AI will be questioned.

Recently, the recognition of generative AI such as ChatGPT has rapidly increased, and many companies have been conducting technical verification and exploring the potential for utilizing generative AI. In the future, we will enter a phase where it is necessary to introduce generative AI into actual business operations and create results beyond the realm of "trial".

The introduction of AI is expected to maximize productivity by utilizing the knowledge and assets accumulated within the company and creating an environment where people can work more efficiently.

On the other hand, many companies that have already started considering the use of AI are facing significant challenges.
Looking at the data below, it can be seen that more than half of the companies that are considering or already using AI are facing "challenges with personnel and expertise".
In fact, there are likely many people who have tried to introduce AI into their business, but are struggling with issues such as "not knowing how to proceed" or "not having personnel with the necessary skills".

In order to utilize AI in business and achieve knowledge sharing and productivity improvement, it is necessary to have knowledge of data preprocessing, workflow design, and prompt engineering for training AI.

At Human Science Co., Ltd., we have been working on designing workflows to improve the utilization and output quality of AI generation from the perspective of "creating and utilizing text". Based on the knowledge gained from these efforts, we will share the key points for utilizing AI generation in business to promote knowledge sharing and increase productivity in a two-part seminar.

In our first seminar, we will introduce our efforts towards standardizing document creation using AI. We will share our experiences with utilizing AI in document creation, along with insights from a manual expert who specializes in organizing business processes.
We will discuss specific points and know-how such as:
- How we improved the output quality of our AI
- How we designed our workflow.

If you are considering introducing AI generation within your company or are searching for ways to utilize it, please feel free to join us.

※The second seminar is scheduled to be held in May 2024 with the theme of "Knowledge sharing using generated AI".

In addition, we will be happy to assist you with any concerns after the seminar.
