Never Fail! Preparing for the Operation of "Used" Manuals ~ Explaining the "Preparation" for Successfully Introducing Manual Creation Tools ~

Will be held.

———————————————————————————————————————

Manuals that support business efficiency and personnel education only demonstrate their value when they are used. To avoid the situation of "creating a manual but not using it", more and more companies are considering and introducing manual creation tools.

However, simply implementing the tool does not automatically lead to the creation of a "used" manual and the operation does not progress on its own. The key to establishing the manual in the field and maximizing the effectiveness of the introduction lies in the "preparation before introduction". It is important to identify the challenges of "difficult to understand" and "difficult to find" that lurk in the operation of the manual so far, and to align with the ideal relationship between those who create/use the manual.

In this seminar,

- Method for conducting task analysis and reaching consensus before introducing manual creation tools

・Introduction and operation of effective manual creation tools

We will share our know-how on tool introduction preparation to operation establishment and beyond.

Human Science Co., Ltd., which supports from business organization to manual creation, and Konica Minolta, which provides the tool "COCOMITE" to support manual creation and operation, will share their accumulated knowledge and experience without hiding any points. We look forward to your participation!

In addition, we will be happy to assist you with any concerns after the seminar.
