Utilizing AI Automatic Voice in Multilingual Localization

will be held.

More and more companies are considering the creation of videos using voiceovers for video manuals and educational materials.
However, when requesting narration from a narrator, there are various challenges such as scheduling and costs.
This time, to address these issues, we will introduce our company's actual workflow and case studies on utilizing AI for automatic voiceovers.

Eligible Persons

・Considering the creation of video manuals with audio and educational materials

- Considering expansion into multiple languages, not just English, including Asian languages

・We want to reduce the costs and shorten the schedule for narration recording.

・Human Science Business Promotion Department Service Manager
・Since joining the company in 2000, I have been engaged in consulting for manuals and documents for 17 years in the domestic manufacturing industry (heavy industry, electronics) and IT-related companies.
・Responsible for the manufacturing industry in the Chubu region, mainly Aichi Prefecture, since 2013
- In recent years, engaged in not only manual creation and human translation but also consulting for machine translation.

Mayuko Ota

・As a localization specialist, engaged in translation projects from Japanese to English and multilingual versions.
- Responsible for quality evaluation and verification of multiple machine translation engines, as well as research and information exchange on the latest trends in machine translation.
Responsible for managing translation projects utilizing machine translation and involved in consulting for the development of post-editing guidelines.

Yui Takahashi

・Localization Project Manager
・Since joining the company, engaged in translation projects for domestic manufacturing industries (heavy industry, electronics) and IT-related companies.
Currently involved in multilingual translation and translation quality management of product manuals, help documents, and business manuals, primarily focusing on FA-related products.
