In your daily work, you probably have many opportunities to create meeting materials, proposals, and presentation materials using PowerPoint.
So, how much time do you spend on creating them?


According to a survey, the average time spent on document creation is 2.4 hours per day. (Some respondents even reported spending 7 hours!)
This means that 30% of the total working hours are dedicated to document creation.


On the other hand, despite spending a lot of time creating it, we often hear issues regarding quality such as "I don't understand what you're trying to say" or "The format of the materials is inconsistent."


As shown in the graph below, with the increase in remote meetings, the time for creating materials has also increased. Therefore, solving such issues is becoming more urgent.
