Creating a System for Utilizing Manuals with the Latest Tools
~ From the Introduction to the Operation of Manual Creation Tools ~
will be held.
———————————————————————————————————————
In recent times, with the need for business efficiency, technical knowledge transfer, and personnel training, more companies are working on the documentation of their operations, including the introduction of manual creation tools.
On the other hand, it is also true that there are many voices saying that "the manuals we worked hard to create are not being utilized" for reasons such as the following.
・Manuals are scattered across the server, making it difficult to find the information you are looking for.
・There are many manuals that are not even known to exist.
・The content of the manuals is outdated (not updated), so they are no longer used.
・Although a manual creation tool has been introduced, it is not being utilized.
It is not only the practical staff who are troubled by such a situation.
When manuals do not become established and oral transmission becomes the norm, it becomes difficult for management to promote organizational business improvements, as the actual state of operations becomes unclear.
To maximize the benefits of implementing a manual creation tool, preparation before implementation is crucial. Simply transferring unused Word manuals to the tool will still result in them not being utilized.
What issues exist in the current manual writing? Is there a lack of necessary information? Is the design accessible for information retrieval?
To address the challenges mentioned above, this seminar will introduce the know-how from "designing manuals that should be done before introducing manual creation tools" to "effective introduction and operation of manual creation tools" by Human Science, which supports everything from business organization to manual production, and Konica Minolta, which provides the manual creation tool COCOMITE, strong in operational aspects.
If you are committed to promoting the standardization and manualization of operations, or if you feel challenges in utilizing manuals within your department, please join us enthusiastically.
Additionally, after the seminar, we will be available to discuss any concerns you may have.
If you wish, please select "Desired" in the "Individual Consultation" section of the application form.
