Why are manuals not used on-site?
~Steps from standardization to implementation that managers should know~

will be held.

This seminar covers the same content as the webinars held on April 13, 2021 (Tuesday), July 27, 2021 (Tuesday), November 25, 2021 (Thursday), and July 26, 2022 (Tuesday).

———————————————————————————————————————

This time, the theme is how to standardize operations and how to establish that in the field.

With new working styles such as staggered commuting and telework becoming established, many may be considering how to approach future work styles. Additionally, in an environment where changes to work styles must be made without adequate preparation, the situation of work becoming personalized has come to light, leading to concerns such as, "Could this become a risk for the entire company?" and "Some form of countermeasure is necessary," which are frequently heard. Against this backdrop, an increasing number of companies are considering the development of SOPs/manuals and the introduction of knowledge-sharing tools to facilitate smooth sharing of internal know-how.

On the other hand, we often hear voices like the following from companies that have already started their initiatives.

・The personalization of work is significant, and the standardization (manualization) of work is not progressing well.

Despite having created the manual, it is not being utilized at all on-site.

- Although a manual was created once, it has not been updated since.

- Although manuals were created, they are not being established, and the quality of work cannot be maintained consistently.

- A knowledge sharing tool was introduced, but it has been left unattended without being established on-site.

In this seminar, we will introduce the factors that lead to the results mentioned above, as well as specific know-how to successfully establish and operate manuals.

This content includes participatory workshops on manual analysis and practical examples and demonstrations of knowledge sharing tools.

Managers who feel that the personalization of work is a risk, as well as those in charge of business improvement whose mission is to promote the organization and sharing of internal knowledge and manuals, are encouraged to participate.

Additionally, after the seminar, we will be available to discuss any concerns you may have.
