This time, the theme is "improving productivity".

Since joining the company in 1997, I have been a member of the web system programming team, developing in-house business systems and portal sites. Later on, I gained experience as a system engineer in upstream development tasks, as well as serving as a lecturer and assistant for training and seminars for major companies. Recently, I have been involved in RPA development, providing technical support at implementation sites, and conducting seminars (including online courses) and technical assistance. (Obtained the 2020 UiPath Certified Instructor qualification.)
