will be held.

———————————————————————————————————————
This time, the theme is how to utilize manuals for employee training aimed at newcomers.
During this time, many of you may be preparing to welcome and train new employees, mid-career hires, and internal transfers for the upcoming spring. Recently, with the establishment of new work styles such as telecommuting and the limitations on face-to-face communication, more companies are considering the development of training manuals and the introduction of knowledge-sharing tools.
In this context, we often hear the following voices.
・It takes time to become self-sufficient and autonomous due to the lack of manuals.
・Due to the lack of manuals, the number of people that can be taught at one time is limited.
- Created a manual, but it is not being utilized at all
- The manual was created, but it has not been updated.
- A knowledge sharing tool was introduced, but it has been left unattended without being established on-site.
In this seminar, we will introduce the factors that lead to the results mentioned above, as well as specific know-how to successfully implement and establish the use of manuals.
This content includes participatory workshops on manual analysis and practical examples and demonstrations of knowledge sharing tools.
We invite all personnel responsible for talent development and new employee training in their departments to actively participate.
Additionally, after the seminar, we will be available to discuss any concerns you may have.
If you wish, please select "Desired" in the "Individual Consultation" section of the application form and fill in the details of your consultation in the "Consultation Details" section.
