This time, the theme is "Document management methods to promote compliance with rules and processes."
In the pharmaceutical industry, it is essential to proceed with operations while adhering to various rules, including regulatory requirements, and following predetermined processes.
As one of the means to achieve this, many companies are working on the digitization and electrification of documents and records. However, we hear voices saying, "While we understand the necessity, we do not know how to proceed with the efforts for digitization and electrification."
On the other hand, simply digitizing and electromagnetizing is not enough to adhere to rules and processes. Procedure documents and manuals are also necessary.
In fact, many companies create procedures and manuals, but we hear voices such as, "Even though we put in the effort to create them, they are not being used" and "There are too many, and I don't know what to read."
Therefore, it is believed that the above two approaches are necessary to promote compliance with rules and processes.
In this seminar, we will introduce, as the first point, methods and specific examples of digitization and electrification, and as the second point, the factors that lead to the underutilization of procedures and manuals, along with specific know-how to avoid this and effectively utilize procedures and manuals.
Additionally, to deepen your understanding, we will also introduce the document management tool "Agatha" and conduct workshops to analyze the complexity of procedures and manuals.
In this seminar, we will introduce a new approach that promotes compliance with rules and processes through the combination of "digitization and electromagneticization" and "systematic organization and manual improvement," which is a must-see for those in the pharmaceutical industry.
