Web Seminar on July 27, 2021 (Tuesday)
Why are manuals not used on-site?
~Key points for manual adoption and operation that business improvement personnel should know~
will be held.
*This seminar covers the same content as the web seminar held on April 13, 2021 (Tuesday).
———————————————————————————————————————
This time, the theme is "How to establish business manuals in the field."
Due to the impact of the new coronavirus, more companies are switching to new working styles such as staggered commuting and telework. In this context, many companies may be considering the development of SOPs/manuals and the introduction of knowledge-sharing tools to facilitate smooth sharing of internal know-how.
On the other hand, we often hear voices like the following from companies that have already started their initiatives.
Despite having created the manual, it is not being utilized at all on-site.
- Although a manual was created once, it has not been updated since.
- A knowledge sharing tool was introduced, but it has been left unattended without being established on-site.
In this seminar, we will introduce the factors that lead to the results mentioned above, as well as specific know-how to successfully establish and operate manuals.
This content includes participatory workshops on manual analysis and practical examples and demonstrations of knowledge sharing tools.
We invite all business improvement personnel whose mission is to promote the organization and sharing of internal knowledge and manuals to actively participate.
Additionally, after the seminar, we will be available to discuss any concerns you may have.
If you wish, please select "Desired" in the "Individual Consultation" section of the application form.
