This time, the theme is "How to Achieve Knowledge Management with a Small Start".
In recent years, various companies have been working to improve the efficiency of their inquiry responses by utilizing AI chatbots and other technologies. Additionally, they have begun to engage in "knowledge management" to compile internal knowledge, making it easy for anyone to search for information.

If the efficiency of the search is poor, not only does the time available for work decrease, but it also hinders the effective utilization of the organization's valuable asset, "knowledge," and the improvement of productivity.
