Recently, against the backdrop of declining birth rates, an aging population, and a decrease in the working population, workplaces are being asked to improve productivity in a shorter time than ever before.
There is a growing need to document internal business know-how and knowledge in manuals to break such situations.
However, in many companies, efforts to organize manuals have become personalized, and it seems that the maintenance and utilization of manuals are not progressing well.
- ・I don't know how to document the know-how of veterans.
- ・There are various manuals within the company, but they are not being utilized effectively.
- ・Business instructions and rules are not communicated to the field.
- ・Internal members do not understand the importance of manual creation. No one is willing to help.
To develop a manual that is not personalized by the writer, it is necessary to analyze the challenges faced by the company and consider appropriate approaches based on those challenges.
In this seminar, we will provide information to help those who are about to work on manual organization and improvement to objectively analyze the challenges their company faces and consider specific approaches for improvement.
Can't the system be implemented with the current manual?
Many companies planning business improvements and work style reforms based on manuals are considering the introduction of systems to efficiently create and operate manuals.
・A platform for centralized management of company manuals
- Chatbot that answers user questions
and so on.
In this seminar series, we will introduce key points on how to make the most of the system based on actual cases we have collaborated on. The content can be immediately applied to real business operations!
