The key to sharing knowledge within the company, including manuals, is

"How can we create useful knowledge efficiently while working on our tasks?"

However, many companies are facing the following challenges and are struggling to build a knowledge base.

  • - There are various manuals within the company, but it is unclear which one should be used as a model.
  • ・I feel like the quality varies depending on the person writing the manual
  • ・I want to give feedback to the manual creator, but I don't know how to evaluate the manual in the first place.
  • ・For now, we have established guidelines (standard types) for creating manuals, but they are not being utilized effectively and do not seem to be helpful.

In this seminar, we will share the key points for solving the above challenges from the perspective of manual creation workflow.

After the seminar, individual consultation sessions will also be held for those who wish to participate.

Please feel free to apply!

Is the current manual not usable?

Many companies are considering the introduction of new systems, including AI, with the aim of improving business processes and service quality, thanks to the innovation of AI technology.

・Inductive manual that shows the assembly method of parts on the production line

・Chatbot that answers user's questions

- Platform for centralized management of all company manuals

Such as, etc.

In this seminar series, we will share methods for maximizing the use of manuals for the upcoming AI era, in two parts: "Writing" and "Workflow".

This time, it's the "Writing Guide".

We will also introduce the challenges and solutions of actual cases that we have worked on in our company.

Content that can be immediately applied to actual work!

※This seminar covers content that can be understood even by attending only one part.

※This seminar is the same content as the seminar "Three Secrets to Creating Effective Manuals" held in July and October 2018. It will be held under a different title.

※"Workflow Edition" was held on January 25, 2019. Future events will be posted on Scheduled for Manual Creation Free Seminar.
