Overview

Many companies that create product manuals and business manuals are facing the challenge of "how to efficiently create useful manuals while working on business tasks in parallel."

- No knowledge of manual creation

- Creating operation manuals to improve work efficiency and pass on skills, but unsure how much information to include.

- My subordinates do not understand the importance of creating manuals. I want to change their mindset, but I don't know what to tell them.

In such a situation, the person in charge of the business is considering reviewing the manual creation work in order to make some improvements.

However, when we actually start considering it, there are various challenges...
